What color of legwear with this skirt and black heels?

if you're wearing black shoes, you could wear black tights, that's a trendy look right now. I wouldn't wear a white shirt with that skirt because if it's not the same exact shade of white it'll look weird. you could probably wear a pastel sweater or twin set with it like light pink, or wear a black shirt and blazer.
