Does God learn, and if he does where did he learn how to create this universe?

Thats the power of god, he is so omnipotent, that he has no beginning , no end and is always , and all places , at all times. God is everywhere and is everything. so, the real question is, does anything NEW ever happen? because the bible has taught us that everything within the known universe 13.7 billion years wide and 45 billion years length) is contained within god. So, when people say god is all knowing, that within itself applies a limit. According to that logic, nothing new ever happens in the eyes of god. so how could god be infinite? But, thats where the miracle of god comes forth, he is at both ends of the spectrum, meaning he is both finite and infinite, with and without knowledge, duality is the mark of god. So, yes, god does learn.
