Do you think i'm overreacting?

I'm not 17 yet, but I actually expect my parents to let me be pretty Independence at that age. Just because I see its the pattern in how 'they raise kids' But I think you should have days where she has to stay in and days with her friends, just let her hang out with who she wants really. ok I understand, drugs and stuff is bad...but if she really wanted to keep doing drugs she would do them at her dad's house too.
