After all that, I don't think she's NOT interested in you, but it seems to me like she's using you as a last resort. When no one else is around, she comes to you. She's stringing you along it seems. She wants to have her cake and eat it too. I'd tell her how you feel and tell her you'd like to see if a relationship with her is a possibility. If she gives you the same stuff as before, I'd say let her go. You'll just be her "cuddle-puppy" who ends up left in the rain when she finds something better.
