Criminal Court Process?

I have a friend that was taken to the Magistrate court. Without getting too much into detail, he was falsely accused of something. The person accusing him claimed that he damaged personal property. This portion of the case was dismissed completely with no consequence against my friend. However, the accuser has also stated that my friend made threats with a deadly weapon. I know my friend, and know that they would not do this. This portion of the case is now being carried forward, unfortunately. When I asked, the response I got was "big court." I am uming that this is the court of common pleas? I know that these are false accusations, and that the accuser is trying to make my friend's life a living hell. He will need to request off from work again for this, and its pretty embarring to go to your boss and tell this story. Is there any way for this case to get thrown out before it reaches trial? Is there anything my friend can do to prevent being brought into court again for something else the accuser decides to make up? Thank you in advance for your help!

I just had my kitchen walls painted chocolate brown and my cabinets painted white. How should I decorate?

I use the Tomcat mole worms. You need to push all the tunnels down and then check the next day which ones are pushed back up. Those are active, put your finger in to create a hole, put a worm in and put a bit of dirt back on top - don't push down the tunnel. I used these last year in the spring and have not had another mole tunnel since. Your yard could have quite a few active tunnels so more worms may need to be used, but believe me these things work.

If you use a quote in an essay you should interpret the meaning not use it literally. You also should inculded more about why you like the purdue program that shows you have researched the program and what it offers that other schools don't. I told him i was still drunk. I ended up talking to the guy about a week later and he told me he didnt know i was still drunk. i had started talking to him. I believed him. we ended up getting into a relationship which lasted about 8 months and then he ended it by startin to ignore me and such. Should I try out for football? Or not?

I've always wanted to play sports in high school but i've never had the courage to do so. last year i played my first sport, lacrosse and i had a ton of fun. this year is my last year of high school and i'd really like to try out for football. i've already talked to my coach and he said he'd love if i gave it a try. the thing is practices started last week and since i don't really know anything about football or how to play and stuff, i'm really behind.but i'm a hard worker so i'm sure if I try really hard I can do it. money is tight right now and my family and I can't really afford the $200 fee needed to join a sport and on top of that i don't have a ride to and from game or practice. I have my license but no car and with my parents working, i really cant borrow it. I've asked my friends for rides but none of them live close to me. So even though i really want to do it should i? plus I don't know if all of the equipment is provided or if i need to buy it. I have a mouth guard cup and cleats from lacrosse but nothing else. I have to let my coach know on monday by either being at the practice or not. (practice is 7:30 am- 3:00pm) and what if the team doesn't like me since i started too late? I recently purchased two chihuahua puppies (14 weeks old) from a local breeder. I asked the breeder what they were being fed and have stuck to the same brand, Royal Canin....however one of the puppies has yet to "relieve" herself and seems constipated (2 days without a bowel), while her sister defecates 3-4 times a day. I went to ITT Tech for two years graduated with an ociates in computer network systems and am currently $34,000 in debt. Well since i was little like 7 i have been having dreams about stuff that happens in the future it used to be little stuff like when my chickens would lay their first eggs and i would wake up and they would have layed them and i would dream My guinea pigs had their babies and the did. My cousin husband went thru my stuff

(Being Chinese should help you at Notre Dame and Wake Forest, but your numbers and 11 AP courses are enough to get you in.) You should also be able to get into UNC since you are both a state resident and male (which will help you there). Applying early decision will increase your chances at Cornell and Johns Hopkins, but there are no guarantees there.

Hi, I will be graduating from graduate school with a degree in early childhood education/early childhood special education in May 2008. One of the things I feel that has been severely lacking in my student teaching placements is a somewhat extensive reference list of books, songs and most importantly, activities (that can be done during carpet time with preK and kindergarteners). So I am building my 'toolbox'. I have some basic books, like "Where the Wild Things Are," a lot of Eric Carle, David Shannon, Dr. Seuss, and fairy tales and I remember some songs from my childhood, and I have seen some websites and books both in school and online, but I feel like there is more I need to know. Can any of you recommend a few songs/fingerplays that would be good for kids ages 3-6 and books no teacher should be without? if you have info on anything with science and math that's helpful, too.
