Who here finds this ironic?

As Bush begins to tour the middle east in particular the gulf regions, their is suddenly a dispute between iranian speed boats and a USA warship. Now while on his visit the US is constantly reiterating and warning these countries of Iran's threat and so forth. Iran retaliates with new footage that the images released by the US were doctrined. Does anyone think the USA is so desparate to get everyone to hate Iran and look at them as a threat.
