Why would my boyfriend tell me he loves me after a week?

I started seeing this guy i met at my local bar i am friends with the owner and so is my bf which is how we met. We have been dating for a little over a week i like him and i care about him. This past weekend i spent the weekend at his apartment and as we were going to sleep saturday night he told me that he loves me. He is an irishman who spent most of his life over there. Though the man has me so confused we have spent everyday together for the past week and we talk alot. He does pick on me which is fine cause i pick on him back. But the last few times when i pick on him he teases me back by saying im mean and hateful and then laughs. He also says that the only reason he keeps me around is cause i have a cute and that i give great head (sorry if its tmi) he doesnt sound serious when he says it but it still hurts a little. Then a few mins later he says he loves me. i just dont know if he really means it or if hes just saying it. Hes said he loves me several times and if very different situations, how do i tell him that i dont feel that strongly yet and that some of the things he says to me hurts my feelings without him getting upset. any advice would be great.
