Bacne omg helpp meeeeee tonite i have a play..please help..pick best answer?

ight so i have a play that im going to tonight through sunday..so i have this one cos tum and one part has a sleeve and the other doesn't so the embarrasing part is i have a bad case of zits ( bacne) on my shoulders so im very cousiness and their is like a few other gurls with a little bad parts but not horribly bad like mine..mine is like red and pretty big..the lights are pretty lite so the audience wont b able to see but the other students will..so we have to wear a cami under it so im thinkin bout takin basically lik a black shirt and jus safety pin it to make it look like its just a thick strapped black bra..i need tips how to get rid of this shi* cause i am sooo embarrased helppp
