Jerks are getting worse!?

This guy at my school has been really getting me in trouble, he is saying I'm texting in cl even though my hands are on the desk and I don't even Own a cell phone! He just scowl at him, but he still won't stop. But then all the girls around him are all smiling. So I have gotten close to getting a detention for NO REASON! I have never has one and I really don't want one especially one for no ******* reason! Please help me get through this I'm thinking about asking the teacher to make him stop but I know that will make me seem weak...
