Could spiraling Low Pressure Weather Systems over land be kinda like an in land Hurricane?

To a degree yes. They are both types of cyclones though there are some distinct differences. These inland lows can have hurricane force winds, but the strongest winds are typically well removed from the center, unlike a hurricane. They are strengthened by the convergence of air mes of differing temperatures with ociated fronts, while hurricanes derive their strength from heat released via condensation of water vapor and do not have weather fronts.
